Sharon has been on staff at Krislund since 2002, but her involvement goes back to 1997 when she would help each year with summer camp registration.
Sharon is married to the Director of Development & Maintenance, Kent Rishel.  They have a daughter, two sons, and two very energetic grandsons.  Their youngest son is presently in Iraq with the Marine Corps.
Sharon worked previously in State College at C-Cor Electronics  for 14 years before the manufacturing plant closed and moved to Mexico.  She enjoys spending time with her family, painting ceramics, latchhook projects, and caring for her houseplants.
She especially enjoys meeting & speaking to new people daily in her position at Krislund.

Kent started working for Krislund in 1995 as a sub-contractor doing building remodeling. In 1996 he was hired full time as the Maintenance Director.
Most of the new construction at camp, including eight buildings, is Kent’s handiwork.  He is busy directing the plans and work for the new adult-friendly lodge, with a projected opening in the fall of ’09.
Before Krislund, Kent was the owner of a construction company for about 8 years, building and remodeling homes and businesses in the area.
He enjoys spending time at home, gardening, cutting firewood for his outside wood furnace, butchering, and spending time with his family.  One of his most enjoyable hobbies is working in his wood shop building furniture for people.
Kent is married to the Krislund's Office Manager, Sharon Rishel.

Dianna and her husband live very close to camp in Lamar, PA where they are very active in their church and especially enjoy doing Mission work.  She came to Krislund in 2004 as bookkeeper and enjoys volunteering extra hours to help Krislund.
After working at Krislund for three years and witnessing the special things that happen here, Dianna says, "I can honestly say to people now,
'You need to come and visit Krislund Camp at least one time and I guarantee you will come back.'"
She has four children and six grandchildren with hopes that all of them will have the opportunity to come to Krislund someday!
